  • Annual leave

25 days plus bank holidays. 1 additional day of leave for each year of service, up to 5 extra days. Plus 1 day of leave to mark the King’s birthday.

One of the UK’s best parental leave packages. We offer maternity, adoption or shared parental leave of up to 26 weeks at full pay, followed by 13 weeks at statutory pay and a further 13 weeks unpaid leave, and paternity leave of 2 weeks at full pay.

  • Volunteering

We believe in making a positive impact beyond the workplace amongst the communities we serve. That’s why we offer up to 6 days of fully paid volunteering leave per year.
